• All original tags and packaging must be attached and intact.
• Items must be free of any stains, odors, or damages.

2. Receive Instructions: We will reply with detailed instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
• Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
